Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By engaging Bed Bug Pros for visual inspections, thermal heat treatments, or localized chemical eradication, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Agreement

Bed Bug Pros provides specialized pest eradication services. All quotes provided over the phone are estimates. A final binding price is provided only after a physical on-site diagnostic inspection. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions pose a severe safety hazard to our technicians.

2. Customer Preparation and Liability

Thermal heat treatments require sustained temperatures up to 145�F. You will be provided a mandatory "Preparation Checklist." It is your sole responsibility to remove heat-sensitive items (e.g., candles, vinyl blinds, certain plastics, electronics, medications). Bed Bug Pros is not liable for damage to heat-sensitive items left in the treatment zone contrary to the preparation instructions.

3. Warranties and Re-treatments

We guarantee our whole-home thermal eradication services for a specific duration outlined in your service contract. If live, reproducing bed bugs are found in the treated area within the warranty period, we will re-treat at no additional cost. This warranty is void if the customer fails to comply with preparation standards, brings infested items back into the home, or if lateral migration from an adjoining untreated unit (e.g., in an apartment building) occurs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the initial treatment phase unless an explicit financing agreement has been signed. We accept all major credit cards. Late payments may incur administrative fees and void any active service warranties.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
